Thank you to everyone who joined us at Ravenscraig Park and Kinghorn Beach for our family-friendly litter-picking events, hosted in partnership with the Corra Foundation and the Every One Every Day project.

Our participants were proud to do something positive for our local community, and together we collected around 9 kg of litter across the two events and found an abandoned tent!

We also really enjoyed meeting the team from the Corra Foundation and learning more about the inspiring work being done to help our communities thrive and flourish.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make a positive difference to our local environment.

Thank you to everyone who came to Seafield Beach to start the summer holidays with a family‑friendly litter pick. We had many eager participants — including some returning ones 😄 — who together collected 6.2 kg of litter. The children learned what it means to look after our beautiful coast, and everyone enjoyed a beach bonfire with s’mores.

Seafield Beach and the Fife Coastal Path give us so many ways to enjoy the outdoors — let’s make sure we look after them.

Please remember to take your rubbish home to help keep these spaces clean and safe for children, wildlife, and all visitors.

Join us for a family‑friendly litter‑picking session at Seafield. It’s a great chance to enjoy some time in nature, help keep our beautiful coastline clean, and have fun on the beach. 🌊

Thank you to everyone who joined our family‑friendly litter‑picking walk at Seafield, held as part of the Kirkcaldy Walking Festival.

We cleaned the beach, spotted the local seals, enjoyed a wee picnic, collected 10.5 kg of litter, and encouraged ten kids to learn what it means to care for our beautiful coast.

Seafield Beach and the Fife Coastal Path give us so many ways to enjoy the outdoors - let’s make sure we look after them.

We’re delighted to host a family‑friendly litter‑picking coastal walk as part of the Kirkcaldy Walking Festival on 7th June.

Join us for a gentle walk along the Fife Coastal Path to Seafield Tower. Spend time in nature, spot local wildlife (including the much‑loved Seafield seals) and help keep our beautiful coastline clean. 🌊

All equipment will be provided; simply dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear.

Uczniowie Polskiej Szkoły Sobotniej uczestniczyli w akcji sprzątania lokalnego parku i lekcji o dbaniu o nasze środowisko.

Rozwiązywali zagadki, segregowali odpady, uzbierali 9kg śmieci i dostali certyfikat Strażników Przyrody. ❤️🌿🌷. Brawo dla wszystkich uczestników.

A warm thank you to everyone who came to our family-friendly litter-picking event at Ravenscraig Park, organised in collaboration with Greener Kirkcaldy.

What a day: a visit to Ravenscraig Walled Garden, 4.4 kg of litter collected, and eight kids learning how to look after our green spaces. A special thank-you to the participant who came all the way from Dalgety Bay.

Ravenscraig has everything we need to enjoy the outdoors - but litter doesn't belong on that list. Let's make sure we use the bins and take our rubbish home, helping to keep the park clean and same for kids and for all visitors.
