Today is the start of Children’s Mental Health week, which this year is all themed around ‘This is my place’ - the importance a sense of belonging has in supporting good mental health in children. Follow along this week as we share some thoughts from our Youth and Development Band members about what being part of a brass band means to them 💙

We will be singing tonight at Fife Festival of Music. Feel free to pop along and listen. There will be a great selection of other local choirs also attending. 6.30pm start. X

We started our week in Kirkcaldy at the Adam Smith Theatre today. We've had many different performances already and will be continuing this evening with Choirs and Choral Groups in the auditorium and Strings Solo, Open in the Beveridge Suite. All sessions are open to the public, why not come along!

We still have a few places left to come and try The Songburds. There’s no pressure to commit straight away. You’ll have a couple of weeks to come along, meet everyone, learn how the choir works, and decide if it’s right for you before membership fees start in March.

With tickets selling well, we are getting excited for our concert on the 30th November 3pm at The Old Kirk. Our choir have been working hard to put together some lovely songs, with a touch of Christmas to get you in the mood. There will be some tickets available on the door for anyone who hasn't bought them yet. Adults £10 -child £7.50

We had a lovely morning singing in the sun at Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival at the bottom of Dunnikier Estate. Well done to all the runners, marshalls and organisers. A fabulous event bringing the people of Kirkcaldy, the rest of Fife and beyond, together. 😀
