Please can everyone be advised that the clothes recycling point at the Kintore Hall is now no longer operational. Despite signage and taping this off several bags have been left here. There are multiple clothes bins in Kintore and locally so please use these. We are working on getting the bin collected.

It is with a lot of sadness that Kintore 0-3 Baby and Toddler Group will cease operating.

The group has a long history with many of the residents in Kintore and beyond and we are sure lots of people will be sad to see the group fold.

Despite best efforts and a lot of volunteer work force behind scenes the group is no longer viable. Unfortunately with a drop in numbers of children attending both the Wednesday baby group and the Monday toddler/baby session the group are no longer financially sustainable.

The current committee and past committees have fundraised exceptionally hard over the last few years and it is through the hard work of individuals that these groups and community initiatives thrive.

Although lots of avenues have been explored we have been unsuccessful in securing a new committee that would have capacity to run the group.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who attended the group past and present, the committee members past and present of which there will have been many! The past staff, volunteers and of course the wider Kintore community for their support over the years.

As a final hurrah we will be opening the Kintore Hall between 2-4pm on August 30th (to coincide with the Street Party)

We will be serving teas and coffees as well as home bakes.

This will also be an opportunity to grab a bargain as we will be selling the toys, books, arts and crafts and educational bits we have.
