We all had a great time taken part in the Go4Gold challenge 2025 this year. It was organised by P&K council for all centres and residential establishments around the P&K area. We then had to have a Party (any excuse really) to get the results and certificates, this took place on Wednesday 1st October and we had " The Shrinking Violets " and amazing band from the mens shed. Well it has been nearly 2 years since King Charles 111 visited Kinross Centre and what an amazing day we had. King Charles spoke to everyone and was very interested in the running of the centre, it was a wonderful day for Kinross. We were looking through a few photos and thought we would share them with you.

Did you know about Kinross and its hidden treasures. Because In the past few weeks we have uncovered a few of them.
"The shrinking Violets " a group of fantastic singers and musician's from The Mens Shed, they were just brilliant playing music from the past and the present, they had us dancing and singing along, a wonderful afternoon was had by all.

Yesterday afternoon a very talented young man Finlay Rutherford from Kinross High School came in to entertain us with his Violin, he was amazing his rendition's of songs like Marie's wedding, The Northern lights of old Aberdeen, Ae fond kiss, I belong to Glasgow and many more had us all clappin, tapping our feet and singing along, we also had a wee Gay gordons. This young man will go far, when we see him in The Royal Albert Hall, we will be able to say we saw him first.

Thank you so much to both our entertainers, we struck Gold. x
