Perth & Kinross Council’s Welfare Trust has some very specific support available just now, and we wanted to share the details in case it’s useful for anyone.

The Trust can help with winter clothing/footwear, or for those in rural areas, a contribution towards alternative heating fuel where that’s the only way to heat the home.

To be considered, you need to:

• live in Perth & Kinross
• have no savings to cover the cost
• be on a low income or experiencing financial hardship
• and be vulnerable due to age, ill‑health, disability or other disadvantage

If you think it might apply to you or someone you know, you can read the details and apply here:

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated School Uniform in the last few months. It has been greatly appreciated and has supported us to make up 134 Uniform Packs up for local children as well as helping 70 people who attended our open day.

We really couldn’t do it without you all!

**Please Note** We can not accept any more uniform at this time so please do not put any in the Sainsburys box. We need this space for food donations 🙏🏻

Any recommendations of a local glazier who could help us with a small job. Thanks.

We would like to say a very personal thank you to Loch Leven Laundry for their kindness in laundering the school uniforms for free. This has been a tremendous help to the charity.
