RocksKool
RocksKool was started in Kinlochleven back in 2005 following a glaring need for a modern music provision in South Lochaber. We are currently based in Kinlocheven High School music department and meet term time on Mondays from 4-5:30pm.
We love to play music of all styles and our participants very much have a say in the song choices we work on. RocksKool has performed at community events, weddings and soon a music festival.
Our teaching style is relaxed and informal with an emphasis on aural development, performance skills and communication. Participants will also learn how to set up and strike a typical PA system with microphones and amplifiers etc.
RocksKool is grateful to all of its funders and supporters and we literaly couldn’t do it with out you. Donations towards running costs and equipment are always appreciated.
