Looking for a new exercise class?

I’m organizing an intense morning training (IMT) session on a Friday morning at St. John’s Parish Hall (Grove Ln, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2ST). You can find the location on Google Maps:

The IMT will start at 7:15 am and end by 8 am.

Here’s what you can expect:

- **Circuit-based program:** We’ll do a series of functional exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, and cardio fitness. I’ll be there to help you modify the exercises or tailor them to your specific needs. If there’s a particular area of your body that you want to focus on, like your hips, shoulders, glutes, or calves, just let me know and we can make adjustments.

- **First IMT session:** The first IMT session was on Friday, September 20th, and it was a huge success! People loved it, and I’m excited to share it with you.

- **Cost:** The first session is £5 pre-paid
