A special shout out to OC James and OC Arthur who secured their place at the National Sailing Regatta in September for the second year running! 🏆

On the water by day, on deck by night 🌊✨

Yesterday saw our Sea Cadets powerboating, followed by an evening of seamanship refreshers, perfect preparation for the relay games at the end of parade.

Today brings more paddlesports, with taster sessions in kayaking and SUPs.

Yesterday was a fantastic highlight of TS Steadfast’s hard work and dedication in demonstrating our core values.

Over the past few months, our cadets have shown outstanding commitment, self-discipline, and resilience throughout their training journey.

Yesterday marked the end of our dryland phase, and we celebrated our achievements together as a ship should — alongside proud parents who came to witness the promotion of their cadets.

Promotions included:
• New Entry to Cadet
• Cadet to Cadet First Class
• Cadet First Class to Ordinary Cadet
• Ordinary Cadet to Able Cadet

We are incredibly grateful and proud of our cadets and the amazing team here in Kingston.

At the weekend, we attended our annual Boat Station residential to gain experience in sailing. What a show—25 new qualifications achieved and over 350 hours of boating completed. Now it’s back onboard to finish our dryland training ahead of the afloat season. Well done to everyone involved.
