🌟 Walk & Talk / 5K Run for All Hull Dads! 🌟

Hey dads of Hull 👋

Join us this Saturday, 25th October 2025 at East Park, Holderness Rd, Hull (HU8 8JU) for our Walk & Talk / 5K Run — a great way to support men’s wellbeing, get active, and connect with other fathers in our community. 💪

Whether you walk or run, it’s all about taking time for yourself, sharing good conversations, and keeping both body and mind healthy. 🧠🏃‍♂️
