*✴What is dementia?✴️*
We will be explaining what dementia is, looking at some of the different conditions that can cause dementia symptoms, and addressing some of the common myths and misinformation surrounding it.
It is important to understand that dementia is not a normal part of ageing. While it is more common as people get older, it is caused by disease or damage to the brain.
By learning more about dementia, we can challenge stigma, correct misinformation, and better support people living with the condition and your family.
