The Reach Out project is an open access service promoting mental health and well being through one to one development and group work, striving to meet community needs across the East Riding Are you experiencing any of the following?

- Isolation and loneliness
- Stress
- Depression and Anxiety
- Lack of confidence
- Financial or benefit concerns
- Housing issues
- Relationship difficulties

- Issues with employment
- Psychosis
- Feeling vulnerable

We can help you to…

- Identify the main areas of concern in your life
- Set achievable goals through one-to-one support
- Suggest and introduce you to new social activities and community groups
- Raise confidence/self esteem through workshops and development courses
- Refer you to other services or other Hull & East Yorkshire Mind projects for ongoing support
- Discover self-help strategies to move forward independently
- Get you on track with your studies or career
