We are proud to offer both male and female football from U6 to Senior and Veteran levels across our 30+ teams but we want to do more.

As the primary football provision in the area we are keen to explore how we can offer the beautiful game to a wider scope of people in Driffield and across the East Riding FA

So we are looking into the feasibility of offering disability football within the club. Disability football cover a wide scope of abilities and ages so we would be keen to gauge interest from anyone that may be interested if we were able to provide it here at Great Driffield AFC.

Please either comment below or drop us a message to register your interest. If you know of someone that may be interested please feel free to share this with them.

🤩 Starting the week with good news!!

Rebecca Whiting has been named the East Riding FA Unsung Hero of the Month for October in recognition of her outstanding commitment to grassroots football and the significant impact she continues to make within her local community.

The East Riding FA Unsung Hero Award celebrates individuals who go above and beyond to create safe, enjoyable and inclusive football environments where participants can develop, thrive and enjoy the game.

Rebecca was selected following an exceptional nomination that highlighted her tireless dedication across a number of roles at grassroots level. As a coach at Bridlington Town AFC, volunteering several evenings each week, and through her continued involvement with Bridlington Soccer School every Saturday morning, she has helped provide countless young players with positive football experiences.

Away from coaching, Rebecca dedicates countless hours behind the scenes to ensure football runs smoothly for players, coaches and families. Her commitment includes managing player registrations across youth age groups from Under 8s through to Under 16s, while also providing valuable support and guidance to fellow coaches.
