🐄 Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Farm based)
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, hardworking individual to join our small team as a support worker.
You’ll be supporting our clients on the farm with daily tasks, working outdoors in all weathers, and with various livestock, helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Assisting our clients who are adults with additional needs take part in meaningful, hands-on activities including: animal handling, feeding livestock, cleaning animal barns and sheds, egg collection, gardening, woodworking, and general farm maintenance. You’ll also provide pastoral support and engage positively with visitors to the farm.
15 hours a week @£12.21 ph, working a Monday & Thursday, with the potential of additional hours for the right candidate, must also have flexibility to cover staff holidays throughout the year.
This is a rewarding, practical role for someone who, enjoys working outdoors, is interested in farming, and is passionate about supporting others.
