We’re transforming Holy Trinity for the whole community. We’re creating a space that can be used for amazing concerts, performances, exhibitions and banquets – an incredible venue like no other in Hull. The revenues generated will be poured into the church’s social welfare work, helping older people, lonely and vulnerable people, young people, homeless people, long-term unemployed, and those with
particular needs. We’re spending £4.5 million to create the facilities to allow all this to happen. We plan a big, flexible space in the nave, better toilets and heating, sound, lights, staging, meeting spaces, a brilliant café and catering kitchens, and a spectacular public space in Trinity Square. We want Holy Trinity to be Hull’s amazing space, the go-to place tourists and local people alike. We want the church to be a beacon at the heart of a regenerated old town, a place that raises aspirations and inspires growth. We’ve raised over half the money we need to make Hull’s medieval masterpiece fit for the 21st century. Support our climbers and help us hit our fundraising target.
