CALMER DAYS

Life looks very different for Cole and me these days. Things are calmer, more connected, and we genuinely enjoy life together in a way I once wasn't sure was possible.

That journey is exactly why my business is evolving.

Alongside continuing to support parents, I'm now working with professionals too—delivering training in schools and helping the people who support children every day. Because when the adults around a child feel confident and supported, everyone benefits.

You are NOT going crazy. You're overwhelmed.
Doing the jobs of 10+ people and being gaslit on the daily. It's been a tough journey but we've finally reached a point of calm nervous systems and no longer living in 'Flight or Fight'.

Cole is bright and beautiful
Cole is seeing the world differently
Cole is loud and quiet
Cole is fast and slow
Cole is fight or flight
Cole is meltdowns or shutdowns
Cole is special interests
Cole is echolalia and scripting
Cole is hyperlexia and hypernumeracy
Cole is stimming and tics
Cole is safe foods and safe places
Cole is allergic to sleep
Cole is sensory processing difficulties
Cole is rigid in his routine
Cole is repetitive behaviors
Cole is visual timetables and communication aids
Cole is extra support in school
Cole is ear defenders and chewellry
Cole is everything has to be the same
Cole is extremely empathic
Cole is masking
Cole is safe to be himself
Cole is Autistic and has combined ADHD

It's not curable
It's a lifelong disorder

Cole doesn't need to change for the world around him. The world around him, needs to change for Cole. We need ACCEPTANCE every day, in every way not just AWARENESS for ONE day

SKIP THE STRESS

Are you fed up of being told your SEND child is fine and doesn't need support? Maybe they've refused an EHCP assessment? Or SEND Support at nursery/school? Reasonable adjustments?

Diagnoses. Sensory Diet. DLA. Blue Badge. School support. EHCP and more... I did it all by myself!

Wanna know how?
I know my child best. I did all the relevant training for his unique profile. I have extensive knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015 and the Children and Families Act 2014. I have worked closely with every person writing a report on my child. I'm qualified in SEND Law, Neuroscience, Sensory Integration and so much more.

Cole is actually THRIVING not surviving.

In the past 2wks Cole has been awarded

*Special Mention in assembly for
"Using his 'Enjoy Learning' muscle because ever since he joined us, he's always tries his best, has a smile on his face and asks lots of Qs". When asked his favourite subject he said
"Maths 'cos I really like doing columns in thousands"

*Star of the Day in his SEN Provision for
"Doing great work in Maths & English"

*Treat in singing assembly for
"beautiful singing"
