Dare to Bee is a start-up social enterprise in development by the PATT foundation alongside a group of Business students at the University of Hull. The project aims to help rehabilitate various types of disadvantaged individuals and bees at the same time. Our mission is to make a positive, lasting impact and build a bee community. We are starting small with our homemade jewellery and then aiming t
o produce a range of bee related products. We aim to protect our bee populations as they play a vital role in our ecosystem and the future of sustainability. Therefore they are essential for human survival. At the same time we have a growing group of disadvantaged individuals who we want to help by providing jobs and extra help for them to get back on their feet. Currently on our Etsy shop we are displaying our bee themed bracelets and necklaces of various sizes. All profits made from our products is going towards the development of our social enterprise which will include buying our bee hives and producing a much wider range of products so we are able to create a significant, positive difference for our bees and for disadvantaged individuals.
