Itโs about surviving one.
On 28 November 2026, Army veteran and world record holder Jay Millard will face one of his toughest challenges yet โ leopard crawling the length of Ben Nevis.
Think about that for a second.
Not walking it.
Leopard Crawling it.
Hands. Knees. Rocks. Cold. Pain. Exhaustion.
And when the body is screaming at you to stop, the mind has to find a reason to keep going.
Jay knows something about that fight.
He served his country with the Yorkshire Regiment, including operational service in Afghanistan and Iraq. Since leaving the Army, he has taken everything he has been through and turned it into something that can help other people.
He has pushed himself through brutal endurance challenges, broken records, crawled mountains and bridges, and raised thousands of pounds for causes close to his heart.
But behind every record, every headline and every challenge is something much more important.
Jay is a su***de survivor.
And that is why this matters.
Because su***de isn't just a statistic.
It isn't just something you hear about on the news.
It is a phone call that changes a family forever.
It is an empty chair at Christmas.
It is a mate who never comes home.
It is a veteran lying awake at 3am, fighting battles nobody else can see.
It is someone smiling during the day while privately wondering how much longer they can keep going.
And we have to talk about it.
Jay isn't pretending that mental health can be fixed with a motivational quote.
He isn't pretending that being strong means never struggling.
Quite the opposite.
He's showing that sometimes strength is admitting you're broken.
Sometimes strength is asking for help.
Sometimes strength is making that phone call.
Sometimes strength is simply deciding:
โNot today.โ
Then getting up tomorrow and doing it again.
That is what this Ben Nevis challenge represents.
Every metre Jay crawls will carry a message for the people who feel forgotten.
For veterans.
For serving personnel.
For emergency services.
For families.
For the mates who are struggling silently.
And for the people we have already lost.
He is taking this on for
