1st Newton & Kingsley Scout Group Welcome to the page of 1st Newton and Kingsley Scout Group. We are a Scout Group in Mersey Weaver Scout District in Cheshire.

We deliver everyday adventure for young people from all backgrounds between the ages of 6 and 14!

The Beavers and Cubs had an incredible time when a helicopter came to visit us! 🚁
Everyone loved exploring the helicopter — sitting inside, learning how it works, and discovering what it’s like to fly one. The excitement didn’t stop there — we all gathered to watch it take off and waved it goodbye!

🌲 What a weekend for our Beaver and Cub Camp! 🌲
We had an amazing time at our beautiful hideaway in Queen Charlotte’s Wood — two days packed with adventure and smiles all around!

We went on a glow stick walk, got stuck into cooking and putting up tents, tried our hand at climbing, shelter building, photography, wide games, and even some natural art.

Of course, no camp would be complete without hot chocolate with squirty cream, campfire songs, and s’mores (yum! 😋).

Everyone had such a fantastic time — we can’t wait for the next camp… but this time, in tents! ⛺🔥
