Stepping On is a FREE, evidence-based 7-week program designed to help older adults reduce their risk of falls and maintain independence. Research shows the program can reduce falls in the community by an incredible 31%!

Whatβs included?
β’ Weekly 2-hour group sessions over 7 weeks
β’ Expert presentations on fall prevention from health professionals including Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Podiatrists
β’ Strength and balance exercises
β’ Practical strategies to reduce everyday fall risks
β’ Support to stay active, confident, and independent
β’ Opportunities to connect with others in a supportive group environment
π₯ Who can join?
β’ People aged 65+, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 45+
β’ Anyone who has experienced a recent fall or has concerns about falling
β’ People living independently at home
β’ Those able to walk independently, with or without a walking stick
β οΈ Please note: This program is not suitable for people with dementia or neuromuscular conditions such as Parkinsonβs Disease or Multiple Sclerosis.
