Talking About Mental Health Matters!!!
Talking about how we feel helps release stress, organise our thoughts, and reminds us we’re not alone.
It can bring new perspectives and is a sign of strength—not weakness.
💬 At REST Hub King’s Lynn, we offer chat and emotional support in a safe, welcoming space.
You don’t have to face things on your own💚💚

đź’š Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 đź’š
🗓 11–17 May
Your story matters.
Every experience, every feeling, every step you’ve taken – it all matters.
At Norfolk and Waveney Mind, we believe that sharing your story can be powerful. It can bring understanding, reduce stigma, and remind others that they are not alone.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re creating space for real conversations, compassion, and connection. Whether your story is loud or quiet, ongoing or still forming, it deserves to be heard.
đź’¬ You matter.
🤝 Your story matters.
đź’š And support is always available.
If you or someone you know needs support, reach out – together we can make mental wellbeing a priority across Norfolk and Waveney.

"Small conversations can make a big difference.
This Time to Talk Day, reach out, check in and show someone they’re not alone. Together across Norfolk and Waveney, we can create a kinder, more open world where talking about mental health feels natural — not brave."

If your passing our Kings Lynn Rest Hub today, please pop in, we have cakes and are always happy to have a chat.
