Hall Hire Process
1 Call Booking Clerk on 07935 358017 to confirm the hall is available on dates and times you require
Please include your set-up and clean up time in your hire period.
We allow 30 mins between each hire to allow car park to clear
2 Booking Clerk will email Hire Agreement and Standard Conditions of Hire and Fire Safety Instructions
3 Download the Hire Agreement and Standard Conditions of Hire, read all conditions (they are binding) – complete all required information, sign where highlighted.
* Scan and return pages 1-3 inclusive to Booking Clerk at [email protected] and *pay the full hire fee indicated on the Booking Agreement.
Until full payment is received, the booking remains provisional.
Preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer, as this means that the funds are transferred immediately, so that we can confirm your booking without having to wait for your funds to be received, banked and cleared (if payment by cheque)
4 Once payment has cleared, your booking will be confirmed by email
