Established in 2007, Award Winning East Ayrshire Tenants and Residents Federation (EATRF) is an umbrella organisation that Represents Tenants And Residents’
Associations throughout East Ayrshire. This nationally recognised and award
winning Federation aims to promote the
rights of East Ayrshire tenants and
residents in the maintenance and improvements of their housing conditio

ns and communities

We work in partnership with East
Ayrshire Council and Registered Social
Landlords to further develop tenant
participation and to ensure that tenants and tenants and residents groups have a say on how housing and related services are delivered and policies developed and implemented. We believe that by working together in our local communities that tenants and
residents associations can improve
housing conditions and services as well as the environment and community life.
