Hi everyone! 👋
My name is Shannon, I’m 25 years old, and I live right here in Kilmarnock. 💜
I currently work full time as an Early Years Practitioner and have been doing so for the past 2 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of all ages within early years settings, helping them learn, develop and grow through play.
When I’m not working, I love spending my time enjoying arts and crafts, creating new ideas, and finding fun, engaging activities for little ones. 🎨✨
So why did I decide to start Tartan Tots Sensory? 🧸
During my experience working with children, I saw first-hand how important sensory play is for a child’s development. Sensory experiences help support:

I wanted to create a welcoming, fun and engaging space where babies, toddlers and their grown-ups can enjoy quality time together while supporting their little one’s development through play.
Tartan Tots Sensory has been created with lots of love, passion and a genuine desire to provide exciting sensory experiences for local families. Seeing the interest and support from parents already has been incredible, and I can’t wait to welcome you all to our classes! ✨
