🌅 Thinking about trying something new in 2025? Our Health and Wellbeing Centre has a range of programmes to support wellbeing. Programmes are free to access for those registered with NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

😌 Our Think Yourself Calm programme helps you to embrace more calm and let go of unwanted stress and anxiety. It will run in-person at the centre for four weeks on Mondays from 10am-midday from January 13 to February 3 inclusive.

💤 If you struggle to get a good night’s sleep, our Get Sleepy programme can connect you with likeminded people and help you develop better sleep habits to prepare your mind and body for great-quality sleep. This will run at the centre for four weeks on Tuesdays from 10am-midday from January 14 to February 4 inclusive.

🧘 We’re also planning to run our eight-week Mindfulness programme in the near future, providing an opportunity for participants to learn about mindfulness and meditation and the benefits this can have for people with pain, stress and anxiety. The course includes a balance of teaching, questions and discussion and guided meditations.
