NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Wednesday 29th April 2026

Are you wanting to contribute more to your Community? Or just want more information of what a Community Association Volunteer looks like?

Shortlees Community Association will be holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 29th April 2026 at 7pm at Shortlees Community Centre.

If you are interested in joining the committee an nomination form will need to be filled out or if you require further information, please contact the Chairperson of Shortlees Community Association at [email protected]

This is open to all residents of Shortlees, Bellfield and Riccarton as well as members of affiliated groups who use the centre

Just a reminder our Clairvoyant night is on tonight, doors open at 6.45pm last admission is 7.15pm xx

We are delighted to announce our Clairvoyant night will be returning on Monday 23rd March 2026 at Shortlees Community Centre.

Our lovely Guests are BEV NOTINI & ANN ARMSTRONG

Doors open at 6.45pm

Event starts at 7.15pm - there will be no admissions after 7.15pm as we don't want any distractions

Finished at 8.45pm

£5 at the door for entry

There will be teas and coffees and other refreshments will be available to be purchased from 20p

Raffle tickets will also be sold at the Event. If anyone has anything they would like to donate to the Raffle it would be greatly appreciated. All proceeds from the Raffle tickets goes into our Food Larder which is run from the centre.

So tag your friends and come and have a fab night out xx

SATURDAY IS CLOSING IN FAST

All breakfast slots have been sold then we can all go see Santa in his grotto 🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄 only if you finish all your breakfast 😉

We have over 25 stalls so there is something for everyone xx

Oh and we have a pancake van 😁

Event is open from 10am til 3pm

Santa has a extra timeslot of 2pm to 3pm open to everyone so let's make our last event of the year a success 🎉
