This week at Pitchin’ In, we welcomed Alistair Reid from McDonald’s, who came along to chat to the group about the opportunities available from age 16+.

Alistair talked about how to apply, what it’s like working for McDonald’s and some of the perks and opportunities that come with being part of the team.

He also shared his own journey, from leaving school to eventually owning five local McDonald’s restaurants, showing just how far a first job can take you!

A great session full of advice, inspiration and real-life experience. πŸ™Œ

This week, participants explored the benefits of flexibility, including why it’s important and different ways to improve it as part of a healthy, active lifestyle.
