✨ Spotlight on Category #3 of the ABW Annual Awards 2026:
Business for Good! ✨

Success is wonderful, but success with a soul is truly special. ❤️

This next category is incredibly close to our hearts at ABW. The Business for Good award is all about recognising a business or charity that gives back, celebrating organisations that beautifully balance success with a strong social conscience.

It honours those that look beyond profit or fundraising alone to make a meaningful difference through community support, environmental responsibility, or positive social change. 🌍✨

🔍 What are the judges looking for?
If your organisation focuses on making a real impact, the judges want to see:

A Lasting Contribution: Clear evidence of corporate social responsibility or charitable impact, both internally within your team and across the wider community.

Values in Action: How your core values, actions, and commitments translate into real-world good.

Beyond the Basics: How you go above and beyond simple fundraising to drive true, meaningful change.

Whether you are a local charity changing lives every day, or a business incorporating eco-friendly practices and supporting local causes, we want to shine a light on your incredible work.

🌱 A little reminder: No act of goodness is too small. If you are making our community a better, kinder, or greener place, please let us celebrate you. You deserve this recognition!

What a fantastic morning at our Imposter Syndrome Workshop with the wonderful Fiona Campbell Arrand — NLP practitioner, business coach and ABW member with 35+ years of experience supporting leaders to thrive.

The session was packed with practical strategies we can all use straight away:

✨ reframing limiting beliefs
✨ pushing through comfort zones
✨ turning fear of failure into a love of learning
✨ recognising our achievements with confidence

We shared experiences, exchanged ideas, and even had one member experience a real epiphany moment.

It was powerful, honest and full of those “I really needed to hear that” insights. Plenty to reflect on — and lots to keep practising long after today.

A huge thank you to Fiona for such an empowering session, and to everyone who joined us this morning. 💜

✨ Spotlight on Category #2 for ABW Annual Awards 2026:
Customer Excellence! ✨

We all know that a business is nothing without its customers, but some businesses go above and beyond to make their clients feel like absolute royalty. If you or your team live by the "customer-first" rule, this one is for you! 👑

The Customer Excellence award is all about celebrating a business or team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service and shows a genuine, sustained commitment to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.

🔍 What are the judges looking for?
If you're wondering what it takes to catch the judges' eyes, here is what they want to see:

A Customer-First Culture: How your day-to-day operations revolve around making your customers happy.

High Standards of Service Delivery: Consistency is key! How you set a clear benchmark for excellence through your everyday interactions.

Continuous Improvement: How you listen to feedback and constantly evolve your long-term approach to customer experience.

Whether you are a solo practitioner who gives every client 110%, or you have a dedicated team that always greets people with a smile, your hard work deserves to be recognised.

💬 Quick Tip: Think about the glowing reviews, the repeat clients, and the lovely testimonials you’ve received. That is exactly the kind of magic the judges want to hear about!
