🌟 COMMUNITY CLEAN UP DAY – THURSDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2026 🌟

We are excited to have our first New Farm Loch Community Clean Up day this September. We will be working in partnership with lots of other agencies and, more importantly, our tenants and residents, to clean up our spaces.
The day will involve litter picking, information stalls, finding out what you would like for your area and all participants will be entered into a prize draw.

Important information about benefit payments from Social Security Scotland.

If you're due a payment on Monday 31 August, you will usually receive it by the end of Friday 28 August because of the bank holiday.

Best Start Foods payments are not affected.

All other payment dates will stay the same.

Our phone lines and web-chat will be open as usual on Monday 31 August.

Great news — the Customer Satisfaction results are now available for Phase 5A of the HFF21CLS major upgrade work. This phase completed earlier in the year, and we’re grateful to all residents who provided feedback. Your comments play a key role in shaping how we deliver future projects.
