***ONLINE EVENTS*** Cyclists & Walkers, if you missed the King's Highway drop-in events you can now attend online events to learn about proposals for the multi-phase active travel project (cycle path and walking route). This is designed to connect Stirling to villages to the west (Gargunnock, Kippen, Buchlyvie, Balfron, Drymen, Killearn) and ultimately to Loch Lomond. It's an ambitious project which could really benefit the area.

Stirling Council will be hosting 3 online events to gain feedback on route options for this strategic active travel connection. Each event will focus on two different sections of the route. The programme is:

Monday 16 March at 18:30pm
Section 1: Gargunnock to Stirling & Section 2: Kippen to Gargunnock

Tuesday 17 March at 18:30pm
Section 3: Buchlyvie to Kippen & Section 4: Balfron to Buchlyvie

Wednesday 18 March at 18:30pm
Section 5: Drymen to Balfron & Section 6: Killearn to Balfron

You can find all the details including how to access the online meetings via the link (in comments). In addition, there is a survey which they are keen for you to complete with your feedback on what is proposed.

Do participate if you’re keen to see improvements in the active travel paths network!
