Planters all allocated- Thank you to all the local businesses who have gotten in touch to support our Bee Kind High Street Planters 🙏

Kilkeel Chamber of Commerce plans to install the Bee Kind High Street planters again this year throughout Kilkeel town centre.

For anyone who is not aware of these please see a picture attached of previous years displays.

This year we are seeking local businesses to sponsor a planter.

The cost of sponsoring a planter is £60. Money raised will go towards Mourne Stimulus who will create the floral displays at the centre before we distribute the planters.

The planters can be displayed outside of your business provided that there is level ground and enough space on the footpath for prams/wheelchairs to get by. Please note that it is the responsibility of the business sponsor to look after the planter, feed and water the plants as required.

If your business is unable to facilitate a planter outside the premises however you still wish to sponsor a planter, we can place the planter at another location in the town centre.

In return for sponsoring a planter, we will place your business name on the planter as well as posting pictures and tags on our page.

If you wish to sponsor a planter please get in touch through the Chamber page or email [email protected]

Closing date is Friday 5th June

Thank you

Alan
