We had a fantastic time on our day trip to Emerald Park last week! 🎢☀️

Our families had an amazing day exploring the thrilling rollercoasters, enjoying the attractions, and making lots of wonderful memories together.

Starting the Week with Calm, Kindness & Community 🌿✨

A huge thank you to The Hidden Garden for the amazing mums’ self‑care session on Monday — what a beautiful and calming way to start the week. Our mums left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for.

A very special thank you to Eamon for looking after us so warmly. Your kindness, attention, and gentle welcome made the whole experience even more special. We all thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and the gorgeous traybakes afterwards — the perfect treat to round off a lovely morning. ☕🍰💛

Thank you also to Aisling, our PR Coordinator, for capturing the morning so beautifully, and to Joy, our Therapies Coordinator, for organising such a thoughtful and much‑needed session for our mums.

The children had a fantastic time at our recent visit to Infinity Adventure Park, enjoying the trampolines and all the opportunities for movement, bouncing, and play.

Activities like these can provide valuable sensory input, support regulation, and help build confidence, all while having lots of fun with friends.

We recently had the wonderful opportunity to host Jack Mason Goodall from Autism Optimism International for a bespoke online training session with our members.

During this engaging and insightful workshop, we explored the underlying causes of aggression and learned practical strategies for supporting our children through a relational, compassionate, and understanding approach.

A huge thank you to Jack for delivering such a fantastic, interactive session. The knowledge, expertise, and thoughtful discussion were greatly appreciated by everyone who attended.
