In the UK, su***de is currently the biggest killer of men under 50.
Yet, not enough is being said about it.

At Be-Life Community, we’re here to change that.

We’re creating meaningful support through nature-led sessions designed to build confidence, connection, and community. Our aim is simple but powerful: to support men who may be feeling isolated, stuck, or alone, and remind them they are not alone.

Through regular meetups, mentoring, and days spent out in nature 🌿💪🤍, we’re building a space where men can talk, feel heard, and reconnect.

We run sessions across South Wales, with access to our site at the Echo Valley Project in Pembrokeshire, alongside regular monthly meetups in nature. Our aim is to grow into weekly drop-in support that’s accessible to more men.

This is a call out to men across Wales:
Reach out. Get in touch. Come and be part of something real.

We also welcome referrals and are open to working with organisations to support men’s mental health and tackle this growing issue together.
