CURAD Project CURAD or Clothes Upcycling, Recycling and Distribution is a CETMA Project. CURAD or Clothes Upcycling, Recycling and Distribution is a new CETMA Project.

Clothing will be recycled for sale or up cycled to make clothing accessories to help fund the project. We are setting up a knit and natter club to help make New Born Baby Bundles, scarves, hats and gloves and dementia mittens. These items will be available via a referral from an organisation, health visitor or social worker etc. Some of the material that is donated will be used to make new items e

.g. tablet covers or bags. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in sewing, knitting and having fun. All ages welcome! We will take in:
Pillow cases/duvert covers to be turned into dresses
Wool blankets for ponchos
Wool for various uses
Old clothes
Denim, has multiple uses
Fabric
