To comply with UNISON quoracy rules Thames Valley Police UNISON branch will be holding 3 virtual AGM’s in 2026.

Microsoft Teams can be accessed on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. You may wish to install the application beforehand.
Access Requirements
UNISON recognises that in order for our members to fully participate, it may be necessary to make some adjustments so that we can ensure, so far as is reasonably practical, that everyone has the same opportunity to take part across our structures.
If you require any adjustments to be made to facilitate your participation in a virtual meeting, please advise Ken Cooney, Branch Secretary by 1st February 2026 ([email protected])
All branch UNISON members are eligible to attend. Please ensure that you have your line manager’s agreement if you wish to attend in work time otherwise members may have to use TOIL or leave to attend if they should be working and management cannot allow attendance in work time.
Please note that members should only attend one AGM and not all 3.
If any member has any questions or agenda items for one of the AGM’s then please email [email protected] no later than 1st February 2026.
The agenda and relevant documentation will be sent out to all members no later than 2 weeks before the first AGM.
PLEASE NOTE: this meeting is only open to members of UNISON. Members attending the meeting will be required to type their name into the chat box upon joining the meeting and any unidentified or non-UNISON member participants will be removed from the meeting.
