Wyre Forest & South Worcestershire Nightstop

21/10/2026

❤️ We were delighted to welcome Elliot Webb from BBC Hereford & Worcester to Nightstop today!

Elliot met our Young Ambassadors, Louise and Millie, who shared their experiences of the support they’ve received from Nightstop, as well as our Fundraising Manager, Coralie, who spoke about the difference funding from BBC Children in Need has made.

This support has helped us make a real difference to the lives of young people facing homelessness and family difficulties, helping them access support, build confidence and move towards a brighter future.

A huge thank you to BBC Children in Need for helping us be there for young people when they need us most. 🏠❤️

💚 Can you help support Nightstop while you shop? ❤️🏠

We’re delighted to have been selected for the Waitrose Green Token scheme!

If you’re shopping at Waitrose in Droitwich, please drop a green token into the slot for Nightstop to help support our work preventing youth homelessness across Worcestershire.

Every young person deserves a safe place to sleep, and your support helps us work towards making that happen.

Thank you! ❤️💚

We are delighted to share news of our new homelessness prevention project: Upstream. 🏠

Working in partnership with The Basement Project, we are piloting the programme in local schools, including Stourport High School and Baxter College, and they will be working with North and South Bromsgrove High Schools. ❤️💙

Upstream will help identify and support young people aged 11–16 who may be at risk of future homelessness, before difficulties escalate.

We’re looking forward to exhibiting at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Expo on Thursday 1 October at the University of Worcester Arena!

Come and say hello to the team on stand 137. We’d love to tell you more about our work with young people and how local businesses can get involved. ❤️🏠

We had a great time visiting local colleges for their freshers’ fairs earlier this month! ❤️

Thank you to Kidderminster College and its new Green Technology Centre, Worcester Sixth Form College, and Heart of Worcestershire College for welcoming us.

It was lovely to meet so many students, share what Nightstop does and let young people know we’re here if they’re facing homelessness or difficulties at home. 🏠

Here are some of our favourite photos from the fairs! 📸

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the Worcester City Run yesterday as part of Team Nightstop! 🏃❤️

We are so proud of you all and incredibly grateful for the time, energy and determination you put into both the run and your fundraising.

Thank you also to everyone who sponsored our runners, came to say hello at our stand or cheered the team on! Every pound raised will help us support young people facing homelessness across Worcestershire. ❤️🏠

Our runners’ fundraising pages will remain open until Friday 25 September, so there is still time to show your support:
