We greatly appreciate the dedication and hard work of our fantastic volunteers, but this week is Volunteer Week, so we wanted to give them all a huge 'THANK YOU', from all the young people, the KDYT Team and Trustees!
🌟Richard, who has volunteered for over a decade, giving his time not only to youth clubs, but to the garden and Youth House maintenance.
🌟Kat, who has volunteered for 7 years bringing a range of skills and activities for young people, and being a a huge advocate for our work bringing in new members and volunteers.
🌟Dale & Dan, former Youth Club members and volunteers for over a 10 years, who manage the very busy tuck shop, ensuring that costs are covered and stock is kept up to date. They are also a big help on trips and activities.
🌟Brett, a volunteer of over 7 years, who ensures that Youth House looks its absolute best for young people and the community to use, he might be an Arsenal supporter, but we forgive him!
🌟Marsha, a member of KDYT in the 1980's who always brings a smile to Youth Clubs, along with a mountain of experience working with children and young people and who is also now a Trustee.
🌟The amazing KDYT Young Leaders, Sophie, Daisy, Tabs, Louis, Jack, Heidi, and Trin, many of who are leaving for University or College, but who have all helped us deliver the range of amazing services to young people.
🌟The brilliant KDYT Trustees, Terry, David, Catharine, Peter, Fran, Marsha, Paul J and Paul F, who bring wide experience and knowledge to help direct and guide KDYT, that two Trustees have been involved since the 1970's and one since the 1960's is absolutely incredible dedication.
