Join us for an evening of relaxation, soothing sounds and gentle restoration in our beautiful listed building, nestled just outside Bristol. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, voice and other calming instruments, Melissa will guide you through a peaceful experience designed to help you unwind, reset and ease into your weekend feeling grounded and restored 🌙

We’re excited to introduce a new Pilates & Sound Bath class at Queen Charlton Village Hall 💜

🗓 Every Monday
⏰ 5:30–6:30pm
📍 Queen Charlton

This unique class blends gentle Pilates movement with a deeply relaxing sound bath, helping you unwind, reset and reconnect at the start of your week ✨

To celebrate the launch, sessions will be offered on a pay as you feel basis until the end of April, making it accessible for everyone to try.

The class is run by Melissa from Drift Away Wellness, who already hosts the popular monthly sound baths at the venue 💫

All levels welcome — just come as you are 💜

To celebrate today, I’m hosting a beautiful Mini Retreat this afternoon and I have just a few spaces left if anyone would like to join us.

It’s a chance to slow down, connect and celebrate the amazing women we are.
