Volunteering with Youth Works provides a great opportunity to give back to the community and gain valuable experience through doing so. Volunteers play a key role in supporting qualified staff in the delivery of services; from assisting with the delivery of activities in one of our youth clubs, to providing classroom support, or assisting on reception. Especially in services like our holiday clubs and youth groups, volunteers provide invaluable support in engaging young people and empowering them to take part.

We encourage volunteers of all backgrounds to get involved, reflecting the variety of personal experiences and perspectives within our organisation.💚

To celebrate 20 years of Youth Works Northamptonshire, our staff members are taking on the 20k for 20 years challenge! 🏃‍♀🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏼🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏿🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏾🏃🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽🏃🏿‍♂️

Three staff members, Benedict, Nicki and Poppy, will be running the full 20K route from start to finish.

Alongside them, the rest of our staff team will be joining forces in a relay-style challenge, collectively covering the very same 20K route. Each participant will run 1 kilometre (or more) before passing on a baton to the next runner!
