We've been working with North Northamptonshire Council and WSP for the past few months on creating a new Walking and Cycling plan for Corby area.

Locals are still able to give their views via the Commonplace platform at https://corbytravel.commonplace.is If you are Corby-based please take a look and share this post with others. We have some printed posters too available on request from us Brightwayz- ideal for workplace notice boards or public facing displays.

If you represent a Corby organisation you can give general views on behalf of your clients/users/patients as we know some groups of people are unlikely or unable to take part themselves. Please help them have their needs taken into account too! Visit: https://corbytravel.commonplace.is/en-GB/proposals/community-group-feedback/step1

A safe network of great routes for walking, wheeling (eg mobility scooting) and cycling will provide many benefits for the people of Corby - reduced congestion, reduced CO2 emissions, better air quality, better health, better access to employment, health and social opportunities, reduced road casualties and so on.

Please help make that happen!

We were delighted to share the launch of the Ise Valley Strategic Plan with our existing partners, and to have the opportunity to meet so many new people who we hope to work with in the future as we deliver this ambitious plan. The plan can be downloaded on our project page on Nene Rivers Trust's brand new website: https://neneriverstrust.org/projects/river-ise-partnership/
