On Thursday evening we were joined by Katie Dawn Reynolds for another of her fantastic fitness classes. Starting of with chair exercises and progressing onto dance routines it felt great to stretch some muscles after a long week. 2025 saw us taking part in a wide variety of activities, talks and social events, lots of new faces and sadly some fairwells. January started off with a fitness night with Katie Reynolds (much needed after Christmas), February we began our pom pom contribution for the Women's Rugby World Cup, March saw the AGM and quiz evening and April a fantastic food tasting evening. May we enjoyed a fascinating talk by Off the Streets about their bleed kits, June a delicious evening 'afternoon tea' and July a walk around historical Kettering. With no formal meeting in August some of us met up for a fun not at all competitive game of bowling, but due to the weather unfortunately September's bat walk was cancelled. October another interesting talk this time by Kettering Street Pastors who are often found in the town centre offering a friendly chat and lollipop to late night pub goers, in November an array of Christmas crafts including origami stars and pom pom gonks. And finally December we celebrated Kettering Kosmos 10 year anniversary with a quiz and delicious cake. Thank you to everyone who has joined us over the year and we look forward to welcoming you all back on Thursday 8th January 2026.

On Thursday evening we took part in a selection of Christmas themed crafts. We created pom pom gonks, paper origami stars and angels. Thank you to Hannah, Michelle and Sarah for organising.
