Woooo my beautiful new Reiki manuals have arrived ✨

Every Reiki Master Teacher writes their own Reiki manual to make sure they are passing on the teachings of their lineage, infused with their own vibe and essence and love. I put my heart and soul into this one, and this is the newest revised edition.

Anyone who has done Reiki with me before will know that my Reiki courses are welcoming, fun & inclusive. (Neurospicies like me very welcome).

We use a variety of learning tools and exercises to suit every learning style and my courses are accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). The best bit is that we get lots of hands on practice so you leave feeling confident to begin practicing on friends and family, and you are supported on your Reiki journey as you continue to learn and grow.

✨ THE PRACTITIONER PATH | A YEAR-LONG REIKI PROFESSIONAL TRAINING JOURNEY ✨

If you’ve been thinking about learning Reiki, The Practitioner Path offers a structured journey for complete beginners.

This IPHM-accredited programme combines Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 training with a six-month integration period, ongoing practice, coaching, and business support.

🌿 WHAT THE YEAR INCLUDES

Reiki Level 1 (September 12–13, 2026)

You’ll explore:
• What Reiki is and the history of the Usui system
• Chakras and the human energy system
• Self-Reiki and Reiki for others
• Different ways to deliver Reiki
• Self-care and energy practices
• Practical, hands-on experience
• Four personal one-to-one attunements

You’ll leave Level 1 with the foundation and practical experience to begin practicing Reiki with yourself, friends and family.

✨ SIX-MONTH INTEGRATION PERIOD

Rather than moving immediately from one level to the next, you’ll have six months to practice, integrate and deepen your understanding.

🌙 REIKI LEVEL 2 (FEBRUARY 27–28, 2027

Level 2 builds on your foundation and begins preparing you to work professionally with clients.

You’ll explore:
• The three sacred Reiki symbols
• Distance healing
• Chakra healing and balancing
• Strengthening intuition and inner guidance
• Energy cleansing
• Professional treatment skills
• Client care and ethics
• Hands-on practice
• Two personal one-to-one attunements

You’ll also receive client form templates, a comprehensive manual, guided meditations and visualisations.

💼 BUSINESS COACHING INCLUDED

Learning Reiki is one part of becoming a practitioner. Knowing how to confidently offer your work is another.

Business coaching is woven throughout the programme to help you understand how to build a Reiki practice around your existing life, work and commitments.

Whether you’re considering Reiki as a new career, a side practice, or something you want to incorporate into your existing wellbeing work, the programme is designed to support your next steps.

The Practitioner Path may be a good fit if you:

Are completely new to Reiki and want a supported starting point
Want both Reiki training and practical business guidance

Meet our new Kendal Member Host, Jen Maxwell.

Jen is an international empowerment coach and firewalking facilitator who helps women trust themselves, take up space and go after what they really want.

She's also founder of Lakeland Wellbeing CIC, supporting women across Cumbria through holistic training, nature-based wellbeing and her Thriving Women programme.

Basically, bringing women together and helping them thrive is already very much Jen's thing.

And that's important to us. Pink Link meetings are hosted by women from within our own network. They're running businesses too, and hosting gives them a platform to raise their profile, build connections and grow their own business while helping other women grow theirs.

Everybody wins. We rather like it that way.

When Jen isn't working with women, you'll probably find her running across the fells, forest bathing or catching up over a cuppa.

✨ You’re Ready to Go Deeper ✨

Maybe you’ve been wondering about Reiki Master training for a while.

You’ve completed Reiki II. You’ve practised. You’ve worked with clients, friends, or family. You’ve continued to learn, reflect, and grow.

And now you find yourself asking…

“Am I ready for the next step?”

Here’s the thing.

Reiki mastery is about honouring how far you’ve already come. It’s about trusting the practice you’ve built and the person you’ve become through it. And it’s about being willing to go deeper.

To deepen your relationship with Reiki. To continue your own healing. To strengthen your trust in yourself and the energy. And to step into the responsibility that comes with holding space for others.

By the time you reach this stage of your journey, Reiki has already become part of your life.

It has shaped you. Taught you. Supported you.

And now, it’s calling you to explore what else is possible.

Reiki IIIA Master Practitioner is a space to deepen, reflect, practise, and grow. To become more fully yourself. Because mastery isn’t a destination. It’s a continuing journey.
