Dignity, trust and compassion at home.

Our Support at Home service is about so much more than care visits. It’s about seeing the person behind the diagnosis. Taking the time to listen, to understand what matters most, and building relationships rooted in trust, dignity and compassion.

At ADSS, we know it’s often the little things that make the biggest difference — a familiar face, a reassuring conversation, going the extra mile to help someone feel safe, valued and understood in their own home.

Our award-winning team are there not just for the person living with dementia, but for the whole family, providing personalised support that helps people live well for longer.

If you know someone who could benefit from Support at Home, please get in touch with us today.

This campaign was built by a community that cares.

Thank you to every person, family and supporter who shared their story with such honesty and courage. Thank you to the businesses, GP surgeries, organisations and partners helping us amplify these voices throughout Dementia Action Week.

Thank you to everyone who visited, donated, shared a post, started a conversation or helped someone feel less alone.

Because of you, more people are seeing dementia differently.

And more people know support is here.
