Our team is having a small break before the Christmas period, with our shop and studio closed from 1st December - 5th December.

After all the excitement these last few months with our centre opening, our staff will be taking a little break.

Our shop and sauna will be closed from 21st - 25th September. Reopening again on the 26th.
