A busy Sunday with one more household put Live on Beathwaite Close and another house very close with their installation on Vicarage Drive finished and just a bit more duct to dig in to connect and enable engineers to blow the fibre through.

A Fabulous tribute to all our B4RN Community Volunteers who had prepared the Beathwaite Close property around 6 years ago including one of their first MDU installation & splice - all live in a few minutes 😁😁

It's never to late to join the revolution, now standing close to 400 properties connected in Levens if we include the Foulshaw Spur 😁

HAPPY EASTER - HYPERFAST LEVENS !

With the house moving and renovation season well underway we have had a rather busy week running into the holidays with our 5th property being fitted and prepared yesterday morning on Good Friday.

B4RN Engineers are on alert to come up next week (Once they have finished their Easter Eggs) to Blow, Splice and Patch and make another 5 families Live On B4RN Hyperfast.

We make that to be 375 Properties fitted in Levens and a further 23 on the Foulshaw Spur.

Two more connections in Levens to make it now 369 homes Live on B4RN Hyperfast Fibre Internet😁

One new property requested on the 8th Jan and with our volunteer team having dutifully already prepared duct in the garden we were able to confirm it with fibre, splicing and connection going Live Yesterday.

The 2nd property is a house move with a very happy resident settling in to discover B4RN fibre was already connected.

We still have a number in planning and construction due to go Live very soon.

It's never to late to join the Revolution.

A busy day for B4RN engineers today blowing fibre and putting 2 more properties live in Levens.

Now 368 households have been connected to B4RN Fibre internet in the village with a further 3 in preparation. 😁

5 years ago we started to go Live in Levens on Hyperfast GB Fibre.

Thank you to our Village Hall team for remembering and sharing the news of their connection.

Today we closed our 'Levens B4RN going Live' group that was set up in 2019 to help our community with questions and issues as we all went live on B4RN Gigabit Fibre internet.

Our Levens Community continues to connect to B4RN with around 366 Live on B4RN in Levens and a further properties 23 in the Foulshaw spur area which is fabulous news after our volunteer team retired with 304 Live.

Numbers Live, progress and connection details are no longer available to our Levens team but we we continue encourage our neighbours to join the revolution by registering interest at https://b4rn.org.uk/get-b4rn

Fabulous news to see B4RN hit 15,000 Live Connections just as Levens hits 365 now Live 😁

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝟏𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞!

Back in 2011, neighbours picked up spades, farmers opened their fields, and volunteers gave up evenings and weekends to bring B4RN to life.

Today, thanks to that same community spirit, our 𝟏𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎𝐭𝐡 connection has just gone live! That’s nearly three new connections every single day for 14 years – built not by a big company, but by people like you.

This isn’t just a number – it’s a celebration of every volunteer who dug a trench, every landowner who gave us a route, and every neighbour who believed in the project.

This milestone belongs to you – the volunteers, landowners and neighbours who’ve made it all happen. We can’t thank you enough!

Here’s to the following 15,000 connections – and to the incredible communities and volunteers who make B4RN what it is today.
