Ready to make an impact with our award-winning Development Team?

We're on the lookout for a Development Manager to help deliver affordable, high-quality, and sustainable homes across Cumbria and Lancashire.

This role is diverse and varied where no two days will be the same. As Development Manager, you'll drive forward exciting and unique projects, playing a key role in SLH’s ambitious development programme. You’ll be working directly with Martha Shields, who heads up our Development Team.

🌟Our commitment to deliver new affordable homes across our rural communities is strong. In 2023 we delivered and developed 64 new homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership including our very first passivhaus homes.
🏡Since 2020 we have delivered 120 homes in populations of less than 3000 people with a further 74 homes already in our pipeline.
🌿 The development of rural affordable homes is essential to ensure a prosperous community.
