The countdown is on for the Stichill Make, Bake & Grow Show, and things are about to get seriously sweet! Do you have a secret family recipe for the ultimate Scottish tablet? Is your signature batch perfectly crumbly, buttery, and melt-in-the-mouth? Then it is time to shine! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

This year, the stakes are higher than ever for our Homemade Produce class. We are thrilled to share that Stichill Village Hall is officially sponsoring a brand-new trophy for the Overall Winner for Homemade Produce! 🏆✨

Your perfect plates of traditional confectionery will be going head-to-head for top silverware honors. It's time to:

1. Dust off those sugar thermometers 🌡️
2. Fire up the boiling pots 🍯
3. Perfect that glorious caramel color!

The final countdown is officially ON for the Stichill Village Make, Bake & Grow Show! In exactly 14 days, our brand-new exhibition marquee and village hall will be bursting with the absolute best local talent in the Scottish Borders!

Whether you are finishing up your miles of handmade bunting, putting the final touches on your legendary village scarecrow, or perfecting that prize-winning show vegetable, it is time to bring your absolute A-game!

If you are at a loose end tomorrow 10-11 in Ednam Kirk we are going to show the Lego film version of the Story of Creation and then will create using Lego and Playdoh!!
Juice and biscuits too!
