As 2025 draws to an end, we'd like to express our gratitude to everyone who makes Action Point the amazing charity it is, and to take this opportunity to thank all of the wonderful volunteers for everything they have done to help and support us throughout 2025. Their selfless dedication makes such a difference to the lives of vulnerable people in our community...so thank you ❤️.

We'd also like to thank everyone who supports our work including funders, delivery partners, service users and customers. We wish you all the very best in 2026 and look forward to seeing you soon.
