We receive a lot of messages regarding tickets so want to clear up a couple questions we answer on repeat 👇🏼
❓I’ve lost my tickets or can’t find them
Your ticket confirmation will have been
emailed to you, please search your inbox for
an email from ‘ticketsource’.
We suggest you do this now so you have the
confirmation to hand and SCREENSHOT
each ticket as they all have different
references and we need each one at the gate.
Iwade is known for having terrible mobile
signal so screenshots are best rather than
trying to access your emails.
❓I’ve purchased tickets but can no longer
make it, can I have a refund?
As per TicketSource we do not offer refunds
or returns.
We suggest you sell your tickets on the page
but ask you to be careful if buying or selling
as we can not be responsible for scammers.

Please be careful!
If you have purchased tickets from a third party we can not allow entrance if the tickets have already been scanned. You’ve likely been scammed and purchased tickets which have been shared or duplicated.
Iwade Rock reserve the right to refuse entry on scammed tickets.
We hope you understand we can’t always answer your messages, especially as we head into the final weeks of prep!
