Update ..
Delighted 🤩

Our 2 newest teams in the Irvine Meadow Youth pathway are fully fledged and operating independently and looking forward to games starting early March, after a period of support from IMY coaches and our partners at KA Clubstart.

This could not have happened without folks from our parents group stepping up and taking on the roles and responsibilities required.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Grassroots Football is a parent led enterprise and kids can’t play football without parents leading the teams.

Waiting lists are already in place and kids will be invited to attend when space opens up..
Kids whose parents/carers commit to helping run the teams will be prioritised.
2019’s cannot grow in numbers till more adults are added to the coaching team.

🕔Time 17:00 - 18:00 1hr
🎉 Fun, Friends and Football skills guaranteed !

Great news:
These sessions are being run in conjunction with our partners at KA leisure and NA Community Sport Hubs on the ClubStart programme.

Big step change for us, allows us to provide a fully funded and fully coach supported 8 week block to get these teams up and running and your kids enjoying the benefits.

Free of charge.
Full coach support for sessions.

Full support and guidance to parents group during that 8 week block to transition to the parent led blueprint that all grassroots teams follow.

Registered numbers are amazing at 44 split fairly evenly 19’s and 20’s
2 team structure 19’s/20’s will be possible

Hi

Folks very appreciative and fully respectful of everyones time and eagerness to get their child playing football and building the friendships and life experiences that will last them a life time ..

Despite some logistical challenges expect to be in the position to confirm dates for our 2019 and 2020 age groups starter sessions in the coming weeks.
Response has been brilliant and somewhat overwhelming…. 👏🏻👏🏻

But rest assured we have your kid’s best interests at heart and will be in the postion to provide the right environment for them in the coming few
weeks.

These things don’t happen by themselves and my appreciation goes to those who give up their time to provide a safe environment for kids of all ages to learn the life skills that will take them way past football and into life as an positive member of society.

We are now arranging trials for those born in 2006 and 2007 to come into training and sample Development League (u20s) football.

If you are interested please drop us a private message to discuss/arrange.

**Any players born in 2008 who feel they are ready - don’t be shy - if you are good enough, you are old enough (must be over the 16 years to play in official games - SFA Rules)**
