🙋🏽‍♀️Hi everyone, hope you have kept well throughout this pandemic and have enjoyed this summer of semi normality.

After nearly 2 years of covid restrictions and lockdowns we are getting ready to welcome back many old and new faces to 2nd Irvine Girls Brigade for face to face meetings every wednesday night at St Andrew's Church hall

We are hoping to start back sometime in September, will post a date once we know as just waiting on confirmation to start back from headquaters and when the church halls will be officially open for use

A wee reminder of age groups and times;

❤ Explorers Primary 1-3 6pm to 7.30pm

💙 Juniors P4-7 7.30pm to 9pm

💜 Brigaders S1 + 7.30pm to 9pm

UNIFORMS- For the first night back girls can wear their own clothes, and jumpers can either be purchased from us or the Girls Brigade Scotland website.

|| SUMMER ACTIVITIES ||

we have two activities for you to share with your girls. The first of these is Love God's World, Love Your Neighbour which focuses on recycling, the environment and acts of kindness. There is a specific challenge for each section.

On Tuesday at 11am we will be offering a special 10-minute live lesson for 5-9 year olds featuring Paddington Bear! We will be learning about child evacuees from the Second World War and discovering what is inside Paddington’s suitcase! A perfect way to get in the mood for (Victory in Europe Day) on Friday 8th May. Please share with parents of 5-9 year olds.
